From The Airport:
Public taxi services in Sierra Leone can be rather limited and frustrating and therefore we recommend the best way to travel between the airport and hotel is via our airport transfer service. The price of our 'meet and greet' service (one way) is Le 45,000 (US$15). Upon arrival this service will provide you with an escort immediately after you have cleared customs formalities to the hotel reception. For departures you will receive an escort from the hotel reception to the respective flight check in area.
By Ferry:
There are currently 2 ferries in operation between Lungi and Freetown every day at varying times.
The journey from the airport to the ferry terminal is approximately a 20 minute drive.
The trip from terminal to terminal takes 30-45 minutes depending on the ferry. Murzuk is the newest and fastest ferry.
The price for one person - business class with access to the airconditioned lounge is Le 5,000 ($2) and vehicles are a variable rate.
Lungi Airport Hotel can arrange a transfer to the ferry at a price of $20
